1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Shopinq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Shopinq provides shopping list management, receipt scanning, price tracking, and budget monitoring tools. The service is available as mobile apps (iOS, Android) and a web application.

3. User Accounts

You may use basic features without an account. Creating an account enables cloud sync, list sharing, and all features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Shopinq offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a subscription is required: $2.99/month or $19.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Without an active subscription, the app switches to read-only mode. Refunds follow the respective store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play).

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you create (lists, prices, receipts). By using the sharing feature, you grant household members access to shared lists.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use automated means to access the service beyond normal app usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shopinq is provided "as is". We are not liable for price data accuracy, OCR errors, or data loss. Always verify prices at the store.
